Shipping Coverage 

We proudly ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. 
Please note: We currently do not provide international delivery services.  

Order Processing Timeframe 

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, not including weekends or official holidays. 

Once your order has been successfully processed, a confirmation email with the order details will be sent to you.  

Estimated Delivery Duration 

Standard deliveries are usually completed within  3 to 8 working days , ensuring you get your fashion picks in a timely manner.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts 

If the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be sent back to our warehouse.  

You can request another delivery attempt upon verification.  

Damaged or Missing Packages 

Should your package arrive damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure you include clear photographs as proof. 

In the rare event of a lost shipment during transit, we will either replace the item or process a refund after confirmation with our delivery partner.
