We understand that style preferences can change, and you may sometimes wish to cancel an order. Below, we outline our cancellation policy to help you through the process. 

Cancelling Before Shipment 

You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever happens first. 

• To cancel, kindly reach out to our customer care team via email. 
• If your cancellation request meets the criteria, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. 

If the Order Has Already Shipped 

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be able to return the item after delivery by following the terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy. 

Changing an Order 

We currently do not support order modifications, including item changes or address updates, once an order has been placed. If necessary, you may cancel your order (if still eligible) and place a new one.
