By placing an order through our platform, you accept the return and refund terms outlined below. Should you need to send back a product, the following information will guide you through the process.     

Return Eligibility Criteria  

To qualify for a return, items must meet these requirements:  

  • The product should be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.  
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and unaltered.  
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or modification will not be eligible for return.  
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting our support team.  
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected for return.  

Steps to Request a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    
Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return to: grassrotstechnologies@gmail.com  

Step 2: Provide Proof    
If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, attach clear photos showcasing the issue to help us resolve it quickly.  

Step 3: Follow the Instructions    
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a detailed guide on how to send the product back to us.  

Please note: Returns that do not align with our conditions may be declined.     

Refund Timeline and Process  

After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return guidelines. You’ll then be informed whether the refund has been approved or denied.  

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.     

Partial Refund Conditions  

If the product returned only partially meets our return standards—such as minor wear or missing components—we may process a partial refund at our discretion.     

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items  

If you receive a faulty, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos or videos of the issue so we can investigate and address it quickly.
